72a087e047 Add AT32AP CPU and AT32AP7000 SoC support

This patch adds support for the AT32AP CPU family and the AT32AP7000
chip, which is the first chip implementing the AVR32 architecture.

The AT32AP CPU core is a high-performance implementation featuring a
7-stage pipeline, separate instruction- and data caches, and a MMU.

In addition to this, the AT32AP7000 chip comes with a large set of
integrated peripherals, many of which are shared with the AT91 series
of ARM-based microcontrollers from Atmel. Full data sheet is

2047672684 Converted all 85xx boards to use a common FSL I2C driver. 
Introduced COFIG_FSL_I2C to select the common FSL I2C driver.
And removed hard i2c path from a few u-boot.lds scipts too.
Minor whitespace cleanups along the way.

7237c033b0 Moved i2c driver out of cpu/mpc86xx/i2c.c into drivers/fsl_i2c.c 
in an effort to begin to unify the umpteen FSL I2C drivers that
are all otherwise very similar.

d14ba6a798 Handle 86xx SVR values according to the new Reference Manual. 
Both 8641 and 8641D have SVR == 0x8090, and are distinguished
by the byte in bits 16-23 instead.

887e2ec9ec Add support for AMCC Sequoia PPC440EPx eval board 
- Add support for PPC440EPx & PPC440GRx
- Add support for PPC440EP(x)/GR(x) NAND controller
  in cpu/ppc4xx directory
- Add NAND boot functionality for Sequoia board,
  please see doc/README.nand-boot-ppc440 for details
- This Sequoia NAND image doesn't support environment
  in NAND for now. This will be added in a short while.

f93286397e Add support for a saving build objects in a separate directory. 
Modifications are based on the linux kernel approach and
support two use cases:

  1) Add O= to the make command line
  'make O=/tmp/build all'

  2) Set environement variable BUILD_DIR to point to the desired location
  'export BUILD_DIR=/tmp/build'
  'make'

The second approach can also be used with a MAKEALL script
'export BUILD_DIR=/tmp/build'
'./MAKEALL'

Command line 'O=' setting overrides BUILD_DIR environent variable.

When none of the above methods is used the local build is performed and
the object files are placed in the source directory.
