3dfd4aab92 Fix watchdog POST for lwmon5 
If the hardware watchdog detects a voltage error, the watchdog sets
GPIO62 to low. The watchdog POST has to detect this low level.

8f15d4addd The patch adds new POST tests for the Lwmon5 board. These are: 
* External Watchdog test;
* dsPIC tests;
* FPGA test;
* GDC test;
* Sysmon tests.
